Trailing 21-27, this 16 yard touchdown grab gave the 49ers a 28-27 victory, advancing them to Superbowl XVI. This particular play is one of the most famous moments in NFL history, and has been long referred to as “The Catch.” Clark and Montana each hand-signed this helmet, and Clark drew out the actual play.
